What is your return policy?
Returns will not be accepted after 30 days and without prior authorization. Returned items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee with all return shipping charges incurred by the customer. Orders for special items cannot be canceled except upon terms that willfully compensate HTV Outlet against loss.
What will it cost to ship my order?
We ship orders through USPS and UPS. Shipping prices vary based on the size of the items, quantity of items, and location of the recipient. Exact prices are provided during the checkout process. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
We only offer shipping within the United States at this time.
Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
We offer various sizes of heat transfer vinyl, from individual sheets to extra-long rolls. The longer the roll, the better the value. With so many sizes, you can choose the perfect amount for your project, whether a single design or a large production run. Orders over $100 also qualify for free shipping.
